Plan, organize, direct trim crews and develop schedules for projects deadline on construction custom homes or
remodels. Create baseline schedules, update schedules, critical path method analyses, provide project forecasting
and reports. Sequence detail activities and to creatively re-sequence a schedule when conflicts arise. Analyze and
read architecture prints. Enter PO’s for buyouts on sheets of wood, doors and hardware. Walk jobsites upon
completions. Responsible for punch-outs completions for the majority of custom wood work. Report out any delays
from sub-contractors or trim crews on weekly meetings with superintendents and builders.

from its 15-acre facility in Houston using MS Project as my tool. Monitored and track schedules vs. actual production
variances for each ongoing project while keeping close communication with all project managers and planners.

controller codes, plans and releases work orders to support the build schedule planned by the MRP. Plans, releases
and manages rework orders to support customer requirements, engineering changes and product updates. Managed
and monitor the movement of parts, supplies and materials within an establishment and ensure that supplies,
materials and products are shipped and received on schedule. Juggles schedule at times in order to meet customer
delivery with minimal disruption to frozen schedule.
Production/Buyer Planner, - Greene Tweed Oilfield Division 1996 -2002
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials within or between departments of an establishment according
to production schedule. Duties include reviewing and distributing production, work, and shipment schedules;
conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports
on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems. Maintain strong MRP skills to perform the
duties. Purchased over 40,000 spare parts and finished hand goods from vendors worldwide. Negotiated terms and
pricing with vendors with result in savings annually. Reviewed gross margin on spare parts and finished goods. Also
created and conducted cycle count system to improve inventory and successfully having a 90% and above
attainment through the years.
